This is a Private Residence and not a hotel, Our property managers and housekeeping executives will be there for your comfort at normal working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM.

We will make sure your stay is hassle-free and you only take back only good memories ; like sitting and enjoying the soothing morning breeze in the balcony of this apartment, while sipping on some good coffee or a Corona if you like.

This is a private residence and not a hotel. Our property managers and housekeeping executives will be there for your comfort at ‘normal working hours’.

Apartment is cleaned and readied by professional housekeeping staff before your check-in and on an alternate day basis in your stay. It does not include cleaning of the utensils. We can also provide cleaning on a daily basis on an additional charge.

Check-in: 1PM to 6PM
Check-Out: 8 AM to 10 AM

■Early Check-In
9AM - 1PM - Depends on availability, we will be able to confirm, 1 day prior to check-in.
Before 9AM - Chargeable - 70% of tariff.

■Late Check-In
After 6 PM - Rs. 500

■Late Check-Out
(1 day Prior notice & confirmation from our side is mandatory for late check-out otherwise full day tariff will be charged)
10AM to 1PM - Depends on availability, we will be able to confirm on the evening
check-out.
1PM to 6PM - Chargeable - 50% of tariff.
After 6PM - Chargeable - Full day’s tariff.

Property Rules:

1 ) ID proof/ Address proof ( passport, election card, driving license ) is mandatory on arrival of all individuals staying at the premises. Clients are requested to carry a xerox copy for the same.

2) Damages if any to the property, will be charged accordingly.
A refundable deposit of 5000 rupees will be applicable as security at the time of check in to cover for damages if any. In case of misbehavior, the Apartment owner/ manager reserves the right to ask the guests to vacate the premises. Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy on departure.

3) The Guests should ensure that they do not litter the Apartment, Garden and Pool area. Since this is an apartment building one should also be mindful of not disturbing other guests and move around quietly if you are returning late at night. Smoking is restricted to only the balcony.

Check-in before 4:00 AM would be charged full day rent of previous day.
Late Check-in: 8:00 PM onwards will be charged 500/-

Check-out:
Early check-out: before 8:00 AM will be charged 500/-
Late check-out: till 3:00PM will be charged 2000/-. After 3:00 PM full day rent will be charged.
